I’m actually not going to post the recipe to this incredibly yummy coffeecake…because it’s not my recipe. I didn’t change a thing. I made it as-is, and it was good. I love the King Arthur Flour company and the recipe for Cinnamon-Streusel Coffeecake came from them, so I’m just going to link to it and let you drool over it.
It was a little time-consuming to prepare, so it’s not one you would make a couple of times a month or anything {4 bowls and about 40 minutes to prepare…an hour to bake}, but it would be great as a gift or for special occasions/entertaining. I think I will assemble it on Christmas Eve, refrigerate and bake on Christmas morning – it’s that good! The recipe is “KAF Guaranteed”, which might just mean its {K}iss your {A}unt {F}rannie good…or {K}iller {A}wesome {F}ood…YES, Yes It Is!!
Let me give you a close-up of the rich, dark swirled filling…
…oh, and did you see the size of that streusel {well really maybe more like a crumb cake} topping? Let me show you…
Here is what the plate looks like when you are finished {and smiling}.
The End.
{I receive nothing in return for sharing about this recipe and the King Arthur Flour company. I just like ’em both. :)}
